Artastic provides bespoke physical design and fabrication services, including but not limited to:

• Custom furniture design and woodworking (e.g., floating beds, tables, wood portraits).
• Custom metal works and fabrication.
• Custom lighting fixtures.
• Reception signage, branding boards, and wall murals.

The protection of our creative and structural designs is fundamental to our business. The following provisions strictly govern all Intellectual Property (IP):

• Ownership of Designs: All original concepts, sketches, 2D/3D models, CAD drawings, CNC routing files, and structural blueprints created by Artastic remain the exclusive intellectual property of Artastic, regardless of whether they are incorporated into a final purchased product.
• Physical Ownership vs. Design Rights: Purchasing a custom-fabricated item grants you physical ownership of the final deliverable. It does not grant you the rights to the underlying design, blueprints, or manufacturing methodologies. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or mass-produce our designs without a separate, explicit licensing agreement.
• Client-Provided Materials: If you provide logos, blueprints, or reference materials, you guarantee that you hold the legal rights to those materials and grant Artastic a license to use them solely for project execution.
• Portfolio and Marketing: Artastic reserves the right to photograph or record all completed projects and installations for marketing purposes unless a formal NDA is signed prior to project commencement.

Details concerning quotations, payments, and timeline management:

• Quotations: Quotes are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material costs or adjustments to the project scope.
• Payment & Non-Refundability: Once an order is confirmed, payment processed, and fabrication has commenced, no refunds will be provided due to dedicated labor and material procurement.
• Delays: Artastic is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely approvals, measurements, site access, or payments.

Responsibilities regarding physical product outcomes and materials:

• Product Use: We strive for precision, but cannot be held liable for any damages arising out of the improper use, installation (if not done by us), or modification of our physical products.
• Natural Materials: Solid wood, veneer, and certain metals exhibit natural variations in grain, color, and texture. Expansion or contraction due to environmental humidity/temperature are natural occurrences and not defects.
• Liability Cap: Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific item or project.

Rules and expectations for physical deliveries and setups:

• Risk of Loss: All shipping and freight are at the customer's risk. Artastic is not liable for damages occurring in transit once the item leaves our facility.
• Site Readiness: The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready, safe, and structurally capable of supporting the installation.
